Growing Career Readiness in the Redwood Area
Redwood Area Chamber & Tourism is committed to working with our member businesses and our Redwood Area School District to ensure there are opportunities for students to be career ready after graduation. The Chamber, with its community partners, have several initiatives to give students career experiences.
Redwood Area Chamber Business Education Network
The RACT Business Education Network (BEN) is a partnership of Chamber Businesses in the Redwood Area and Redwood Area School District that works to provide real-world and hands-on learning experiences in local industries. Opportunities for students include résumé and reference building and networking, industry, leader panels, business industry tours, job shadows, and other work-based experiences.
Cardinal Career Expo
Students in grades 9-12 interact with and learn from local industry partners at this annual event that highlights local Redwood Area industries and careers.
