Position Overview: As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations. You will be key in driving operational efficiency, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks. Your leadership will contribute directly to the achievement of organizational goals and the success of our non-profit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 2-4 staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organization efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, appointments, and ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
  • Manage team workload, resource allocation, and scheduling
  • Responsible for all ordering of supplies
  • In charge of all postings of available adoptions and social media postings
  • Prepare and present regular monthly reports to Board of Directors
  • Responsible for ensuring all procedures and paperwork is complete for intakes and adoptions
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Committed to providing compassionate care for animals
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
