Role Overview
As a Personal Banker, you will serve as a vital member of our front-line staff, providing exceptional customer service and personalized banking solutions. This role includes assisting customers with daily transactions, opening new accounts, resolving inquiries, and addressing account issues – all while building strong relationships with customers and the community.

Key Responsibilities

Open various types of new accounts, including savings, checking, money market, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.
Cross-sell additional bank services to enhance customer banking experience.
Act as a liaison between the customer and the bank, fostering strong relationships.
Prepare follow-up letters and thank you cards for new accounts to maintain customer engagement.
Assist customers with account problems, including reconcilement and research.
Provide outstanding client service by understanding customer needs and recommending bank products and services that align with their goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
 
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Solid math and computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn banking software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively
Knowledge of bank products and services
Availability to work rotating Saturday mornings as part of a regular schedule
 
Work Environment: This is a fully in-person position based at our Redwood Falls branch location.

Pay: $16 – 23 / hour
