Redwood Area Chamber and Tourism is bringing you a 3C Leadership Series to sharpen your leadership and communication skills to allow for business and people growth within your organization. Ann Vote, Culture Coach and IMPACT to Influence founder will be presenting for this 3-part series.

April 4: Cultivate Your Culture with Clarity and Confidence

In order to set others up for success and cultivate a thriving work culture, it is imperative to identify what needs nurturing and what practices need to be put in place to build momentum in your company. In this interactive session, participants will investigate their current work culture and assess what they envision for a thriving culture in 2023. All participants will walk away with action steps to take to begin building or continuing to nurture a culture where people want to be and can succeed.

April 18: Consistent Actions Will Accelerate Growth in Your People and Business

Sometimes leadership can feel like a lot of mindset work and planning but without action you will not see progress! In order to accelerate your business, bringing in more clients/customers or money, you need to consistently take action to grow your business and your success! This session is focused on actions YOU can take to progress in your business and get the results you want.

May 2: Curate Solutions By Defining Your Challenges and Empowering Your People

Ever sit in a meeting discussing a problem only for the meeting to end with no solution or action? In this session, you will learn Problem Solving language and IMPACT Techniques that will help you quickly identify challenges, assess solutions and move forward effectively. You will be able to empower your team to do the same as well so you can keep momentum and a positive work culture.

These sessions are intended for established and emerging leaders. Attend one, or attend all three. Come alone, or bring your team!

As a 16-year educator and non-profit director, she has experienced how the words and actions of a leader can either motivate individuals to grow and achieve or hinder their growth and hold them back from their true potential.  Ann feels strongly that empowering people to see their worth will increase their belief in themselves and motivate them to be successful in their work and life!  She provides culture coaching, leadership training and professional development opportunities for schools and businesses in Minnesota. Her business, IMPACT to Influence, is based in New Ulm.
