The Redwood Area Chamber & Tourism Agriculture Committee is once again offering a $4,200.00 scholarship to be awarded for the 2016/2017 school year to a student seeking post-secondary education in the field of agriculture and/or related fields. Applicants must live in or be attending school in a school district within Redwood County.
The $4,200 scholarship is comprised of a $3,200 academic scholarship and a $1,000 AFA Leaders Conference fee. The selected recipient is required to attend this phenomenal leadership conference held in Kansas City, Missouri this fall. The scholarship is distributed at a maximum of $1,600 per semester.
