Functional Fitness is the anti-gym.  We don’t leave you to your own devices.

We provide you with the program. We coach you through new movements. We adapt exercises to meet your needs. We truly care about you and your goals. We WANT you to train with us. We want you to succeed. And we will do all we can to help you reach your goals.

When you walk into Functional Fitness, you won’t see long lines of machines.  You won’t see members walking around aimlessly trying to figure out what to do next or where to start.  There is always a coach around to make sure you know what is up next for you.

Our training programs are thought out and easily adapted to meet your needs. The workouts accommodate different training levels and we modify what we need to for our clients with pain. You’re NEVER on your own – our coaches are here for your success.

We have many clients who have been with us since the beginning — when they had to buy their own equipment and our location would change from one day to the next.

We provide all of our members with social support, accountability, excellent coaching and nutritional direction to get them closer to their goals.  Most people come to us looking to lose weight.  Somewhere along their journey, they gain confidence, strength and a complete social support system.
