Monsanto Soybean Production Facility Award Monsanto Soybean Production Facility recently received the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star certification. The site is one of only 27 MNSTAR work sites recognized in Minnesota to accomplish this high honor for safety.
