Garnet Gardens Award

Welcome Home Health Care announced that for a second year in a row Garnette Gardens of Redwood Falls, Minnesota was awarded the companies highest honor of Best Community Award for the calendar year 2008. The Award was made at the company’s annual meeting at Breezy Point, Minnesota at the end of January.
Criteria for the award include employment best practices and employee satisfaction, resident and family satisfaction, resident and staff safety, financial performance, matching resident needs to care plans throughout a resident’s stay, and overall occupancy. Each of the performance objectives is to assure the proper and desired level of service is provided.

Accepting the award on behalf of Garnette Gardens was Natalie Seehausen, Director of Resident Services at Garnette Gardens. Garnette Gardens is managed by Welcome Home Management, Inc. of Hutchinson, MN and is a community based non-profit organization.
